Little Miss Sunshine gets a nod from Oscar!

I was real happy to hear that my favorite movie of 2006, Little Miss Sunshine, has received an Oscar Nomination for - get this - Best Picture. This is a great movie but it's going to be very tough to win this honor. I mean, it's a great movie - a real family, with real family problems and just plain funny. If anything this movie shows how a family can pull together and be happy while dealing with death, a suicide attempt, a failed business and a beauty contest for kids! Alan Arkin steals the show as well as a great performance by Paul Dano. If you haven't seen it yet, rent it!
